Individual Psychotherapy

Individual therapy is typically scheduled with sessions once or twice a week. People make use of psychotherapy for many constructive reasons. Some need help in the midst of a crisis and some want help with more recurring emotional difficulties such as depression, anxiety, self-esteem, sexual issues, eating disorders, panic attacks, and grieving. Others are seeking to come to terms with painful or traumatic personal histories. Many also recognize that despite their best efforts, they are stuck in repetitive distressing patterns that prevent them from feeling satisfied and reaching full potential in their intimate relationships and careers. Many are looking to involve themselves in a practice that will progressively lead to a deepening understanding, personal transformation, and greater fulfillment in their personal lives.

Appointments & Fees

I am an Out-of Network PPO Provider for many insurance companies. Your insurance may allow you to choose an out-of-network therapist, and I will provide a monthly statement with the information you need to submit for possible reimbursement.

Sessions are by appointment and are 50 minutes long. Depending on availability, Couples Therapy sessions can be arranged for longer sessions.
